中国焙烤秋季展览会

为满足元旦、春节等重要传统节庆以及婚庆烘焙市场采购需求,全球规模领先的中国国际焙烤展览会(BakeryChina)主办方搭建了“中国焙烤秋季展览会”这个行业贸易与交流平台。历经三年的发展,每年展会规模保持50%的增长速度,夯实了秋季节庆婚庆焙烤市场专业平台的地位。

 历经三年的发展,秋季焙烤展的展商和观众群体都日益成熟,数量和质量逐年上升。B2B2C四大主题板块,分别覆盖当下热点:

除了传统的中秋烘焙市场外,主办方持续引导行业关注更为广阔的婚庆市场以及中国传统节庆市场。在去年成功引爆行业热点的“中日伴手礼”、“二十四节气伴手礼”、“中西方Party融合体验区”等活动基础上,今年将持续延“节庆”与“婚庆”两条主线,并联手各合作单位组织:“人生十喜”之“喜事会”喜礼体验馆、“越千年一路有礼”——2018中国名优特色糕点展示、“四君子”之“竹文化”伴手礼概念馆等各类特色活动及体验区。深入挖掘伴手礼文化与设计表达,西为中用、中魂西技,古为今用、以古为新,在传承中助推具有中国特色的各类时节伴手礼文化发展。

 精彩主题比赛为行业观众提供视觉盛宴:

结合节庆与婚庆市场需求,主办方将在节庆、婚庆烘焙展示专区举办第4届全国婚礼蛋糕创意大赛,该赛事还首次对接英国国际蛋糕大赛,将选拔出中国区的行业相关技术人才在国际舞台一展风采。同时,第2届“安琪酵母杯”全国职业技术学校在校生创意面包技术大赛也将首次直通UIBC国际青年烘焙师大赛,同步世界技能大赛烘焙项目以及UIBC国际青年烘焙师大赛的品种、技能要求和相关知识范围命题,为青年烘焙学子提供积累国际大赛经验的舞台。此外,主办方继续携手中央美术学院举办第3届大学生全国焙烤食品(伴手礼)包装创意设计大赛,为行业选拔一批优秀的技术人才、配方、创意和产品,助推节庆婚庆烘焙/伴手礼市场的健康发展。本届展会还新增一场“新饮力”2018新茶饮大赛全国总决赛,契合当前“烘焙+茶饮”的跨界融合新趋势,并邀请到数位备受市场和资本认可的品牌创始人或决策层亲临现场评审,启发行业异业合作新思维。

中国家庭烘焙用品展览会

To meet the mighty demand for important traditional festivals such as New Year’s Day, Spring Festival and the wedding baking market, the organizer of Bakery China launches Bakery China Autumn, aplatform for industry trade and exchange platform. With three years of development,the scale of the show has maintained an annual growth rate of 50%, which hasstrengthened its status as the professional platform for the autumn wedding bakingmarket.

Precisely targeted on the festival and wedding market, Bakery China Autumn continues to improve its various functions:

After three years of development, Bakery China Autumn has become increasingly established in terms of exhibitors and trade visitors with steady improvementin both quantity and quality. Four major themes under B2B2C cover current hottopics including festival / wedding baking products and souvenirs, e-commerce and the Internet, chain-store operations and franchise, home baking DIY, amongothers. Catering to needs of the festival and wedding market, the organizer will hold The 4th National Creative Wedding Cake Contest and Cake International China Competitionin the festival and wedding baking exhibition zone and the winners will be qualified to attend the Cake International held in UK for the first time, which will see top young talents in China’s baking industry to compete on the international stage. The 2nd “Angel Yeast Cup” National Creative Bread Contest will also be held concurrently, and the winners will be qualified to attend theUIBC International Competition of Young Bakers. At this year’s “Angel Yeast Cup” contest, candidates will be tested in all relevant areas at the international level as well as in same categories as the UIBC International Competition in terms of skill requirements and knowledge coverage, offering astage for young bakers in training to accumulate experience for international competitions. In addition, the organizer will continue to work with the China Academy of Art to hold The 3rd National College Students Creative Packaging Design for Bakery Products (Souvenirs) Competition to pick out standing talents, formulas, ideas and products for the industry so as topromote the development of the festival and wedding baking/souvenirs market. The joining of Chinese Internet giants Alibaba and JDpromote the home baking e-commerce sector to next level:

According to the data of last year’s Show, in addition to home baking enthusiasts, there were a large number of e-commerce businesses/WeChat merchants, personal baking studios attended the event, with number of visitors and buyers in this category accounting for 25% of the total attendees. Many exhibitors have also seen thehuge market potential of e-commerce, and have increased their investment and promotional campaign in this sector. This year, the organizer will bridge the exhibitors with e-commerce businesses and team up with Alibaba to launch“Alibaba Tmall Home Baking Pop-up Shop”. Also, the organizer will invite Alibaba Tmall and Taobao KOLs, Hema FreshSupermarket, Taoxianda, JD, COFCO (Womai.com) to attend the show and make procurement - the e-commerce sector of China Home Baking Show will continue toupgrade.
