With the warmth and sunshine, on February 20, Interwine business delegation arrived in Chianti, Italy, to visit “Azienda Olearia del Chianti”.

The Gonnelli family has a history of more than two centuries of olive tree cultivation. At present, the olive garden covers an area of 50 hectares and cultivates more than 12,000 olive trees.

As an Italian premium olive oil brand, Italy's  Chianti has a range of products covering all levels of groups, sweet smell, rich and mellow taste.

Whether it is used in the traditional impression of cold cooking, mixing, or innovative use of Chinese cuisine, fried,  Italian olive oil is more than easy.

Through the visit to the production company of“Azienda Olearia del Chianti” , the members of the delegation deepened their understanding of the production process of olive oil, which played a role in promoting the cooperation and promotion of imported olive oil with Interwine in China in the future.

Interwine business delegation came to the artimino manor in the afternoon to communicate with 25 imported food enterprises, and discussed with them whether there was an opportunity to cooperate with Interwine to introduce products and food culture bring in the Chinese market.

Artimino Estate, owned by the Olmo Family since 1989, has been producing wine and oilsince the 18th century. The Estate stretches out over 700hectares (1730 acres) in the Tuscany countryside and hosts the famous Medici Villa called “La Ferdinanda”. 

The Villa, built in 1596, has been declared a UNESCO Heritage Site. Justnear by the Villa you will find the charming four-star Hotel“Paggeria Medicea” and the Restaurant“Biagio Pignatta” which of ers a high level cuisine and a rich menu whose fresh ingredients are collected directly from the Villa vegetable garden。

Connecting with 25 imported food companies at Artimino Estate

Mr Marco, a famous  winemaker,who  won the title of "Best Italian winemaker of 2017". His wine has a high score of 96 from decanter, and reveal he will win the title again in 2019.

Bologna

On the morning of February 21, the Interwine business delegation left Tuscany for Bologna.

Bologna, Italy is known as the "fat city", a foodie paradise.There is foodie street, the most classic Italian cuisine, with various delicious ingredients of bologna, such as vinegar, cheese, ham and the most famous bologna bolognese bolognese noodles.

As the Italian culinary capital, Bologna is full of its charming and full of vitality.

Under the leadership of the President of the Italian food and wine association, the Interwine business delegation visited GRANAROLO, the largest dairy company in Italy.

Reception dinner for Italian local partners

The happy time always passed quickly, and we experienced a full schedule all day long. The members of the investigation group, regardless of their physical tiredness, kept discussing in the group and got a full harvest every day, and they were full of expectations for the following schedule and the investigation site.
